I will attend my first
Crossfit class. Crazy? Quite possibly. I've never been quite good at cardio and since the whole "heart incident" in high school, haven't really pushed the limits since. Guess we will find out tomorrow!

It took me a little while, but I've definitely drank the Crossfit cool-aid. I love it! Absolutely cannot imagine working out any other way. Don't be intimidated by how hardcore some people are; you can scale all of the workouts and you will see improvement in your strength and endurance faster than you can imagine. Good luck!!
